Carla Pernambuco is a chef without boundaries and deeply connected to the Brazilian culture . Born in Rio Grande do Sul and based in São Paulo she’s been part of the national gastronomy scene for 25 years amongst the most active Brazilian contemporary chefs.
She is the creator and manager of the flagship restaurant Carlota. In her "Studio Carla Pernambuco" – a permanent culinary & cultural centre - Carla operates "The Secret Kitchen of Carlota". In addition to representing leading brands in the food market, she is also a talent hired by Discovery H&H.
